12″ Wide 2 Way 45° Box Junction (EDT12-B2W45). 12″ wide aluminum truss is our larger aluminum truss profile size, ideal for larger display booths and for covering longer spans. Although it is one of our larger profile sizes, 12″ wide aluminum truss still remains very lightweight and is great for transporting to trade show venues. All of our aluminum truss has great portability and can set up in minutes at any venue. 4 chord, aluminum box (square) truss provides the most structural support than the other profile shapes. 12″ wide aluminum truss can also be used for a smaller tradeshow booth design if a strong appearance is desired, or if a lot of structural strength is required.

How To Build a Truss Assembly
Our truss display booths are designed to be set up fast and easy. All 12″ Wide Aluminum Truss parts (2″ Chord Diameter) use a 2″ tube connection insert system. The 2″ Tube Connection System fits all 10″, 12″, 18″ and 24″ Inch Wide Truss Parts. All insert spigots made with 6061-T6 (SS) Aluminum. The 2″ chord truss connecting system is a simple insert secured with a M10 Nylock nut and bolt with 17mm wrenches. It is a strong, reliable, and easy to use method of assembly. For a very fast set up without any tools, quick clips can be used instead of the standard nuts and bolts.
