Aluminum Truss Display Kit A23-124. This aluminum truss kit fits into a standard 10′ x 10′ area at a trade show. It is made from 12″ wide aluminum box (square) truss. 10′ x 10′ display booths are a trade show standard. Other standard display sizes are 10′ x 20′ and 20′ x 20′. If your tradeshow rental exhibit requires different sizes, we can always create a custom display booth size as well as custom parts. The high tech look of the A23-124 made it a perfect design for the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The A23-124 is a very unique looking booth and demonstrates how you can be creative when designing an exhibit booth with linear parts. This “spider” looking booth not only looks interesting, but also provides a central space to hang promotional material and merchandise, as well as LCDs, TVs, and banners, that can easily be seen from multiple angles.

Assembling a Truss Kit
All of our aluminum tradeshow rental exhibits are fast and easy to assemble. All 12″ Wide Aluminum Truss parts (2″ Chord/Tube Diameter) use a 2″ tube connection insert system. The 2″ Tube Connection System fits all 10″, 12″, 18″ and 24″ Inch Wide Truss Parts. All insert spigots are made with 6061-T6 (SS) Aluminum. The 2″ chord truss connecting system is a simple insert secured with a M10 Nylock nut and bolt with 17mm wrenches. It is a strong, reliable, and easy to use method of assembly. For a very fast set up without any tools, quick clips can be used instead of the standard nuts and bolts.
